I heard Nicols (where "it's all bad") is closing?!What the hell?! And the bowling alley bar is going to become chic.
word has it that the self proclaimed "broker of the hamptons" ALLEGEDLY punched his wife (also a broker)right off a bar stool, and a bartender in a local bar ...this confirmed by local police (allegedly). Said broker is also, allegedly, trying to keep it out of the local papers by promising to a lot more advertising than he already does. Maybe it will make it in the Independent...they seem to print anything.

rumor has it that j crew crew cuts is negotiating on old victory garden space (1st floor) and frederic fekkai is negotiating for the 2nd floor space.
