bowling alley bar only...not bowling ally. they think they can make it chic, only there is no way to take bub and beer smell out of cheap carpeting...heehee
i kind of like nichols...
flan loves Nichols too.
Nicols IS for sale, lease only $250, but it is a dump and the landlord will do nothing for the needed improvements. I personnaly will not eat there. Also, Fiddler's Cove is OTM at $350 lease only.
Also, as for the bowling alley. It is only the bar that will have new operators. Remember Gunner who had "Montauk Valley", "Napeague Strech" and operated "Lief Hope's at the Old Laudry" all now defunt? (FYI he walked out of Lief's with all of his staff the Thursday night before Memorial Day weekend 2007.) He is behind the new revial at the bowiling ally bar. Tract record shows good intention but no follow through. I give it about 3 months or at least up to the Thursday befor Memorail Day.
