word has it that the self proclaimed "broker of the hamptons" ALLEGEDLY punched his wife (also a broker)right off a bar stool, and a bartender in a local bar ...this confirmed by local police (allegedly). Said broker is also, allegedly, trying to keep it out of the local papers by promising to a lot more advertising than he already does. Maybe it will make it in the Independent...they seem to print anything.
