Broker has American customers living in England (husband works for bank). They are looking for house to rent in Hamptons. Broker finds them the perfect house...negotiations start. Landlord asks broker who the customer is, what they do, etc...
Broker tells him, as is his obligation. Landlord then calls bank's NYC office, asks for his prespective tenant's number in England. Once armed with this he calls said prespective tenant and says he wants to negotiate the deal directly, that it will be better off for both of them....they can get rid of broker and thus the commission...thereby making rental cheaper for tenant.
Tenant then tells Landord to go fuck off!!!!!!
UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!

yeah, c'mom blackfish. we need a name, if for no other reason than to avoid this dirtbag like the plague in the future.
